Invisishades, also called Ghosts, are minor enemies in Shovel Knight: Treasure Trove and Shovel Knight Pocket Dungeon. They look like classic ghosts wearing a light blue sheet and a witch hat.
Behavior and Tactics[]
Treasure Trove[]
In Treasure Trove, The most notable trait of Invisishades is that they are completely immune to any attacks; if a character tries to attack one, they are simply stunned and phases, rendering them unable to be harmed and unable to harm anyone. They usually chase slowly after their foes, except for a few of them in the Sunken Town who simply go back and forth on pre-determined path. They are sometimes spawned if a gravestone is destroyed.
Invisishades are mostly found in The Lich Yard. They are the main enemies in the Shovel of Hope's Hall of Champions and the Eerie Manor in King of Cards where, together with their boss The Big Creep, they can be permanently destroyed using the Light Orbs.
In Specter of Torment, one Invisishade NPC appears in the Tower of Fate after beating The Lich Yard. Oddly, this Invisishade is referred to as "Ghost" when spoken to.
Pocket Dungeon[]
In Pocket Dungeon, Invisishades have 3 hit points and deal 1 damage point. When the player attacks an Invisishade, all Invisishade present on the board become intangible and as such becoming temporarily invincible. They stay as such until the player hit something else (enemies, blocks or items), after which they return vulnerable.
Joustus Card[]
The Invisishade's Joustus card is #6 with one arrow pointing both upwards and to the left.

Trivia[]
- Custom Knight can equip a friendly mini Invisishade as a Special FX. It however retains the same Light Orbs weakness of its enemy counterparts and it will temporarily disappear if Custom Knight strike it with one of them.
