Major Enemies

This category lists all major enemies found in Shovel Knight: Treasure Trove, Shovel Knight Pocket Dungeon, and Shovel Knight Dig.

Major enemies are more significant than minor enemies; often having a larger number of hit points, reduced damage from the War Horn and Alchemy Coin, and positioned such that Shovel Knight must interact with them to some extent to get by. Major enemies typically have less hit points than mini-bosses and unlike mini-bosses do not have to be defeated in order to progress. Major enemies typically appear once or twice in a stage.
