The Apparition is a music from the Shovel Knight soundtrack. This is the battle theme of Specter Knight, though the theme is also played for Phantom Striker's Lich Yard battle in Specter of Torment. It is based on La Danse Macabre. It is the default theme of Lich Yard - Mausoleum in Shovel Knight Showdown.

Trivia[]
- The title references Specter Knight's habit of dramatic entrances, like appearing in a flash of light. It also refers to his undead nature, as "apparition" can be a synonym for "ghost".
