|The Lich Yard|
|Stage Subtype||Order of No Quarter|
|Theme||La Danse Macabre|
|SoT Theme||Hidden by Night|
One of the Wandering NPCs in the Village mentions that Specter Knight drove them out of their old village - this is shown in that the background features houses and the stage also has entrance and exit arrows like the Village.
The Lich Yard takes the appearance of a spooky, dark, worn-down village cluttered with gravestones, catacombs and many more death-related details. If the gravestones are damaged by the Shovel Blade it will sometimes release an Invisishade. The Yard is considered a very hard level due to some parts of the level being pitch black, with only brief lightning strikes to give the player a glimpse of what's going on. The dark sky suggests this stage obviously takes place during the night. "La Danse Macabre" plays here and "The Apparition" plays during the boss fight.
Enemies Encountered Edit
- Boneclang Honcho
- Loose Boneclang
- Headless Boneclang
- Brittle Boneclang
- Super Skeleton
- Bounce Bush
- In the files, The Lich Yard is called the "Village of Death", which could possibly be its original name from the Beta.
- A secret in the wall in Specter of Torment reveals that Specter Knight lives in the Lich Yard. His room is guarded by a Super Skeleton impersonating Specter Knight to intimidate and repel trespassers.
